Dr. Biplab Dasgupta was the Assistant Director of Health Services, CMS in West Bengal. He has breathed his last on 25th April. He had gotten himself infected by novel Corona Virus while treating other patients.



Dr. Biplab was put on ventilator at a private hospital in Salt Lake. Unfortunately, the best efforts from doctors couldn’t save his life. He was a diabetic and hypertension patient.
